We are delighted to report that the initial 40-day Indian Ocean MU-MIP dataset is now available and complete for four different models!
- Common Community Physics Package SCM with Global Forecast System (GFS) GFS physics suite (data produced by X. Sun of NOAA/DTC and K. Newman of NCAR/DTC)
- Common Community Physics Package SCM with Rapid Refresh (RAP) physics suite (data produced by X. Sun of NOAA/DTC and K. Newman of NCAR/DTC)
- European Centre for Medium-range Weather Forecasts Integrated Forecast System SCM (data produced by E. Groot, Univ Oxford)
- Météo France ARPEGE-Climat SCM (data produced by W. Lfarh, Météo France)
All these datasets have been uploaded to JASMIN and are available for analysis. Please contact Hannah Christensen for further details.
Simulations with the UK Met Office Unified Model SCM are ongoing and will be available shortly (data produced by K. Singh, Univ Exeter)
