Kasturi Singh is a dynamic researcher in the field of atmospheric science, actively contributing her expertise through various roles. Currently, at the University of Exeter, she holds the position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. Simultaneously, she is engaged as a visiting scientist in the Atmospheric Processes and Parametrizations group at the Met Office in Exeter, UK. Her previous roles encompassed being a Sponsored Researcher at Imperial College London, a Research Associate at the National Atmospheric Research Laboratory, and a doctoral researcher at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in India. In these capacities, her focus was on climate change, as well as the climatology and dynamics of tropical cyclones using observational and modeling datasets. Driven by a keen interest in rectifying model errors, she has joined the MUMIP project to pursue her research goals and contribute to advancing the understanding of atmospheric dynamics.
